Subscription

 

1. Subscription Services: The App offer subscription services ("Subscription") available for purchase through the App Store (for iOS devices) or Play Store (for Android devices). By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective app store's subscription agreement.

 

2. Billing: Payment for subscriptions will be processed by the app store platform, and you will be subject to their billing terms and policies. Numeri group ltd is not responsible for any billing disputes or issues related to the subscription payment.

 

3. Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, follow the cancellation instructions provided by the app store platform. Cancellation will not result in a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.

 

Use of the App

 

1. License: Numeri group Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

 

2. User Conduct: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Numeri group Ltdmakes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the App for any purpose.

 

The accuracy and reliability are very dependent on the following aspects:

1. How good you train your model.
2. Placement and lighting of the camera app phone.
3. Working speed camera app phone.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

In no event shall Numeri group Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of the App.

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United kingdom.
